About Mike
Mike is a developer advocate specializing in API design and developer experience. He helps developers integrate privacy-focused email solutions into their applications, from first API key to production load. Before moving into advocacy he spent eight years as a backend engineer building notification and messaging infrastructure, which is where he developed his conviction that email testing is the most neglected part of the average CI pipeline. At Temp Postal he owns the developer documentation, the REST API reference and the collection of guides that show how to use disposable inboxes for automated signup testing, QA automation and staging-environment verification. He writes the kind of tutorials he always wanted to find: complete, copy-pasteable examples with real error handling, honest rate-limit numbers and clear explanations of what temporary email can and cannot do. Mike also runs the feedback loop between power users and the engineering team, turning integration pain points into API improvements. Outside of work he maintains a small open-source library for polling-based email assertions in end-to-end test suites.
